Homeowners

Coyotes are being seen more often lately especially during the daytime. Today’s sighting was a female that appears to have recently given birth. Please keep an eye on your kids, small pets and keep your garage doors closed.

Watch your speed within the community. The speed limit for all residential areas established by the Phoenix city ordinance applies to this one also. PLEASE SLOW DOWN!

Homeowners, please inform your visitors, the exit gate is not the access into the community. If damages occur to the gate as a result of your visitors attempting entry through that exit gate, you pay for it. Have your visitors contact you from the CALL BOX. That is what it's used for.

Block watch!!!

Citrus Mountain Estates HOA is now registered with the Block watch program. We work with the Phoenix Police Department to report crime and deter criminal activities in CME. We urge you to work with your community and report suspicious activities. Criminals do not take days off and neither should we. If it doesn't look right, CALL THE POLICE dial 911. This is our community and it is in our best interest to protect it. The block watch captain is Gary Garski lot 033. If you are interested in information pertaining to block watch, please contact Donna at Colby Management or any of the board members. We will be glad to put you in touch with the block watch program.
